LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LIC HFL), one of many largest housing finance firms (HFC), revises its rates of interest on each cumulative & non-cumulative home fastened deposits (FDs). The revised rates of interest are efficient from twelfth April 2023.

LIC HFL FDs are rated AAA/STABLE by CRISIL, which makes it a secure and safe deposit scheme. You could take a mortgage towards a set deposit of as much as 75% of the deposit quantity with the LIC HFL.
LIC HFL is now providing rates of interest from 7.25% to 7.75% on home deposits below the Cumulative choice for deposit tenors of 1 Yr, 18 Months, 2 years, 3 years, and 5 years.
Whereas, below the non-Cumulative choice, LIC HFL provides rates of interest between 7% to 7.50% (month-to-month choice) and seven.25% to 7.75% (yearly choice) for deposits as much as Rs 20 Crore. LIC HFL provides rates of interest between 7% to 7.50% (Month-to-month choice) and seven.25% to 7.75% (yearly choice) for deposits above Rs 20 crore.

Following the deduction of any relevant taxes, curiosity is compounded yearly and paid along with the principal quantity due at maturity. Senior residents will get a further 0.25% rate of interest for deposits of Rs. 20,000 however not more than Rs. 2 crore throughout the tenures from the corporate.
