WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Power Secretary Jennifer Granholm mentioned on Monday that President Joe Biden would veto a invoice by Home of Representatives Republicans on the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) if it passes the U.S. Congress.
